Launching of the Impact 2013 competition!

If you are thinking of developing a project that might change the world, Ashoka’s Impact competition could help you to realize it!
Ashoka is a non-profit organization that has built the largest global network of innovative Social entrepreneurs over the last 30 years. Its main objective is to contribute in a world where everyone can be a change-maker.

Candidates can apply online until the 26^th of April 2013 (see link below)

The rewards for the winners are substantial. For 5 months, they will be able to take advantage of professional advice and personalized support for free. The training will be in the form of coaching sessions with experts, lessons and opportunities to develop contacts in their fields in order to improve their projects, in particular in these aspects:

-          To help build a Business Plan

-          To guarantee the longevity of the project

-          To optimize the project strategy

-          To stimulate creativity in terms of resources, strategies and activities

-          To improve the measurement of their social impact

The competition is open to every kind of organization whose main goal is in the social or environmental sector. Also, the participants have to be based in Geneva or in France (within 50 Km of the Swiss border); the project must have been running for at least one year and candidates must want to expand their project!
