Available directly through the Linkedin toolbar (jobs), the career module provides you with the ability to directly search through your network; to save your last search criteria in order to suggest the latest published vacancies to you and an easier device for follow up. Being able to change job without having to search on all the different existing job board websites is simply an innovation in itself.
As a potential employer, "Linkedin Career" offers companies the possibility of leveraging their presence on the biggest social job network in the world. The first and most visible innovation is without contest the enlarged space which the company has to work with - this leaves space for the visual; place creativity in the center with the idea of positioning the company’s corporate identity there; and be able to directly access the company’s own career portal. Linkedin offers then the possibility to have a global vision of the company.
