Reveal your Inner hero in the workplaceArticle 2 of Ordinance 3 of the Labor Law (OLT 3) stipulates that the employer is required to give all instructions and take all measures necessary to ensure and improve the protection of physical and mental health. This includes creating ergonomic working conditions, preventing damage to health due to physical, chemical or biological influences, avoiding excessive or excessively repetitive efforts, and organizing work appropriately. What's more, this sophisticated artificial intelligence created by Tony Stark constantly monitors the state of the armor. Similarly, employers must monitor and minimize risks to ensure that employees' health is not affected by physical, chemical or biological influences. It also enables Iron Man to optimize his armour to avoid excessive or repetitive strain, in the same way that employers must ensure that tasks and working conditions are organized to avoid undue strain on employees. Last but not least, J.A.R.V.I.S enables Iron Man missions to be organized and planned, just as the employer must organize work appropriately to guarantee employee health and safety, by anticipating needs and proactively responding to potential risks.
